By  booking your appointment you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Please read terms and conditions listed below:

1) You will not be charged for your appointment if you cancel or rearrange your appointment 24 hrs in advance of your appointment time

2) If you cancel or rearrange your booked appointment up to 12 hours before  your appointment time you will be charged 50% of your total treatment.

3) If you cancel with less than12 h  notice you will be charged the full price of your total treatment and your appointment will be marked as ' no show' as it's very unlikely that we can rebook the space with such short notice.

4) If you arrive late your appointment may be shortened to avoid impacting on the appointment of the next client.

 

We understand that unforeseen events may occur but we are a small business and last minute cancellations cause a serious disturbance that we cannot afford, and so you will be expected to pay full cancellation fees under all circumstances.
